"It was recommended by my friend to try something like this, and I must say it turned out to be very benefecial to me. And to talk about the service, I did not expect the service to be so professional and so caring. It really proved to be one of the most fruitful hours spent when I was in England this time.
There were really so many things I was able to gain. Most important amongst other things are.
I was able to undestand the importance of Body language and displaying a confident body language.
To learn to feel confident about myself.
To try and take the bad experiences out of my mind, which kept bothering me.
The tapping excersises when I am really stressed, was very very helpful.
I got almost all of what I needed. I felt more confident after the 2 sessions. The therapy was very helpful for me to achieve what I needed. Reeta actually made efforts to identify where my core problem was and the whole therapy was focussed on removing the nucleus of the problem, which was my lack of self confidence and thinking about a bad past. I had time only for 2 sessions as my stay in England was not long enough to accomodate more sessions.
Great service provided and methods used were very helpful. The polite and caring nature of the therapist. I could not have asked for more.
The thing that worked well, was that I projected a confident body language eversince I attended the sessions and I am feeling more confident about myself."

MS suffered from severe depression and had been on medication for two years. She sought help after her partner left and she became stuck in grief and despair that she could not overcome. MS has two young children and was anxious to shield them from her depression.
The first step was to help MS release the grief, anger and despair over her broken relationship. A controlled release was essential because of her history of depression and the unique factors in her relationship.
The next step was to deal with the factors underlying her depression and to build up a healthy self-image that was natural and true to her fundamental kind and loving nature. MS wanted to be able to move forward in a strong way that would allow her to interact with others warmly without her having to hide or repress her own needs. Most importantly, MS wanted to be a good example for her children by showing them that it is possible to overcome adversity and become a stronger person.
"I told you I was only seeing you for my sons because I was at my wits end but you wouldn't be able to help. I didn't know it then but that offer you made me was the start of a new life for me.
I noticed a change after my first session when it began to seem lighter but I didn't know why. It got better as I had more sessions and I told my doctor I wanted to come off the pills. It's been three months since I stopped seeing you and I've not been back on the pills. I've got a new job, my life has opened up. M--- comes to see the children regularly and we became friends. I never could have imagined that after what he did.
My children are my world and it is wonderful that I can be a proper mother to them now. Thank you for helping me to find myself again."

JB's partner telephoned when JB was in the middle of a full-blown panic attack in the car, unable to move. After 15 minutes of telephone coaching, the panic attack subsided and JB was able to move and exit the car normally and calmly.
In a follow-up session one week later, JB said that she had had only one panic attack since, which was unsual as ordinarily she would have had several in that time. We did some work surrounding the panic attack. Two months later, JB reported that she had not had a single panic attack since that session.
"I don't know what you did but I remember that suddenly it was over and I was fine and didn't have any of the aftershock feeling I normally get when I have one.
I think I am over them now because I've not had one since I came to see you! Thank you Reeta. I can't put into words how much this means to me."

SK had been employed within the same company for 16 years. Very competent in his position, he felt undervalued and eager for change and more responsibility. He applied for vacancies when they arose but being often over-looked, he gradually and bitterly came to accept his middle-management position.
Through a series of coaching sessions, SK began to understand how he had been unconsciously undermining his own efforts at promotion. Key painful limiting beliefs were reframed and new beliefs regarding the life he wanted began to unveil themselves in ways that allowed him to radiate confidence. His interpersonal skills improved and his levels of energy and motivation increased.
"The coaching made me see how I was living with my eyes shut. It's turned my life around and lifted a lot of worry from my shoulders. My home life has improved too!"

Steve had a fear of spiders. Although he had lived with this phobia since childhood, it did not impact his life hugely and he laughed and joked about it with his friends and family. He finally decided to seek help when he found that the jokes were stinging him harder and making him feel inadequate, especially in front of his new girlfriend.
"Thank you so much for getting me over my spider phobia! My family still can't believe that I volunteer to catch these creatures in my house! I've had a life-long fear and now I feel like a real man being able to protect my girlfriend when one comes along! Thank you for this. I'm still so amazed it only took one session to put this life-long fear behind me!"

SS suffered from depression and had received therapy elsewhere in the past which "had helped a little" although his issues remained unresolved.
His depression was multi-faceted and had been triggered by a traumatic event in his late teens that resulted in his dream career being taken away from him. He also suffered from daily nausea and sickness since childhood and this prevented him from partaking fully in social activities and reinforced his feelings of isolation. He felt his life was running on a time delay and that he was ten seconds behind everyone else. He struggled with doing the things he loved and with feeling valid in his life. His relationships at work were difficult and he lacked confidence and the ability to assert himself when required.
Through a series of coaching sessions, he was able to dissolve many of the issues. Some of the issues were traumatic but through gentle handling, SS was able to regain the control that had been missing from his life.
"I have always believed in alternative therapies, but must admit at first I was slightly unsure of whether NLP would work for me. How wrong I was!
Reeta's great attitude and personable approach put me at ease from the start, and I felt and saw changes within myself from the first session!
I am a more clear, confident person, and I have learnt key life skills from my sessions. I am now using these to create a more fullfilling and enyoyable life for myself and my family. Thanks Reeta!"
